By booking, accessing, or using services provided by Massaji Mobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book or receive services through Massaji Mobile.

Clients are required to provide a quiet, clean, and safe environment for sessions to be conducted.

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund.

Massaji Mobile reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client displays inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Therapists may end any session immediately if safety, comfort, or professional boundaries are compromised. Clients are still responsible for payment.

Massaji Mobile’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow health precautions.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to booking. Failure to do so may affect the safety and quality of the session.

All payments are due at the time of booking and are processed securely via website, phone, or app through GoDaddy Payments. No sessions are confirmed without completed payment.

Fees, service offerings, and terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the latest version before booking.

All personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering services. Your data is protected and handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama. All legal proceedings shall take place within Alabama or Georgia depending on the service location.

Massaji Mobile reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
