Terms and Conditions for Massaji LLC./Massaji: On-Demand Massage

1. Scope of Services:
Massaji LLC provides professional massage therapy services as outlined on our website. Our services are provided by licensed therapists and are intended for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

2. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate health information and notify the therapist of any medical conditions. Clients are expected to adhere to scheduled appointments and respect the professional boundaries of the therapist.

3. Limitation of Liability:
Massaji LLC. is not liable for any injuries or complications arising from the services provided, except in cases of proven negligence. Clients agree not to hold [Your Business Name] responsible for any outcomes from sessions conducted outside the business premises or outside the scope of agreed services.

4. Independent Contractor Clause:
Therapists providing services through Massaji LLC are independent contractors and not employees. As such, Massaji is not responsible for the actions of these independent contractors beyond the scope of the services agreed upon.

5. Non-Solicitation:
Clients agree not to solicit or engage with Massaji LLC therapists for services outside of the business. Any breach of this agreement may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• If an appointment is canceled less than one hour before the scheduled time, a $50 late fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the full payment. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• If the appointment is canceled more than one hour before the scheduled time, a $10 fee will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will incur no charges, and a full refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality:
All client information and session details are confidential and will not be shared without the client's consent, except as required by law.

8. Amendments:
Massaji LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

*Both client and therapist have the right to terminate services at any moment, no questions asked. Please refer to our cancellation policy for refund.
